In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in the State of Kuwait, we outline our return and exchange policy for perfumes as follows:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Customers are entitled to return or exchange a product within one (1) day only from the date of purchase.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

The original receipt showing the purchase and return option must be presented.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been opened or used, in order to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
